the real question though, is are we seeing george w. bush being a free-speech advocate? after the shoe was thrown, he claimed it was no different than people yelling at him at a political rally. will shoe throwing be a part of freedom of speech for Iraqis?
not only sharp reflexes. but composure. i love he gave that famous g.w. smirk after the first shoe and didn't even try to duck when he saw the second shoe was sailing a foot or so over his head. i have to admit, i gained a little more respect for bush after seeing this.

at least bush still has his skills from dodgeball.
Truth, Bush still has those quick moves, although to be fair, he has had eight years of practice ducking everything that the press through at him.
