Making mom and dad proud

My first paying gig in NYC and more importantly as a college grad. Sarah and I can hardly wait.

Needing PAID studio audience members for the TV GAME SHOW........ THE NATIONAL BIBLE QUIZ GAME SHOW. Show description is The National Bible Championship is a television quiz show in which teams of all faiths and religious backgrounds face off in a tournament-style competition to see who really knows the most about the Bible. Who will prevail...a team of Presbyterians? Or a team of Southern Baptists? Perhaps a team of Orthodox Jews? Or maybe a team of Atheists? There's only one way to find out. Testing on everything from Genesis through Revelation, the Bible offers a vast pool of material for an exciting game show.


This show takes place this Friday, June 5th and the audience will be be $20 CASH at the end of the session. You have 2 sessions to pick from either:

-Session 1
2pm arrival time
3pm-6pm show films

OR you can pick

-Session 2
6pm arrival time
7pm-9pm show films

-NAME
-CONTACT NUMBER (you will be called for confirmation)
-ATTACH any photo of yourself
-TELL US which session you would like to attend the 2pm arrival or 6pm arrival.

You will be PAID $20 cash at the end of the filming

yeah, i was suspicious of the scam factor as well, but in talking with them it seems like it might be legit. Unfortunately we may not be able to find out, as I got a job interview immediately before the screening.

Whoever wrote this is, I'm sorry to say, an idiot. Testing Orthodox Jews on the Book of Revelation (the LAST book of the NEW TESTAMENT)? That makes no sense: Orthodox Jews only abide by the "Torah" (which is the first 5 books of the Old Testament). That's self-evident.

Sounds like someone's pathetic attempt to stir up controversy (who hasn't systematically read the Bible).
