here are some police log highlights from the city of the blem and grilley's

oct. 3
9:16 a.m. A Lafayette Road caller phoned police to say someone was making faces at him. He was advised it did not rise to the level of harassment.

11:53 p.m. A caller asked police to check on a man riding a scooter and hauling a trailer because the caller thought he might get hit by a car.

12:16 p.m. A Pinehurst Road resident reported a “suspicious T shirt” in the middle of a floor and an attic door open. An officer determined nothing was taken or damaged.

6:48 p.m. A Gosling Road caller said her bicycle was stolen by a 12-year-old and repainted.

10:16 Verbal warning given to someone for being on Peirce Island after hours

oct. 2
7:16 a.m. A resident complained about loud construction noise in the area of Brewery Lane

3:02 p.m. Verbal warning given to a vagrant on the railroad tracks.

sept. 29
12:14 p.m. Reunited a found dog with owner.
